thonglor.in.th is run by the owner of a condo unit at Park Origin Thonglor, Soi Thonglor 10. The site started from a problem we kept hitting ourselves: information about Thonglor is scattered everywhere. You need ten browser tabs to work out what's on which soi, what a building is actually like, or which restaurant is worth the trip. So we collected it and checked it, in one place.
We don't claim to walk every soi every day. What we do is cross-check the facts and tell you where they came from. Estimates are labeled as estimates. Where we don't know, we don't guess.
Where our information comes from
- Venue & hotel data (addresses, phones, hours) — verified against Google Business data and official websites, with a map link on every page so you can check for yourself
- Condo data (year built, floors, units) — cross-referenced from developer websites and multiple property databases; prices are market estimates and always labeled as such
- Reviews and recommendations — a mix of our own first-hand experience in the neighborhood and aggregated reviews from real users across multiple sources. We don't take money for positive coverage. Sponsored articles are always clearly labeled.
How this site makes money
Two ways: (1) affiliate links — when you book hotels or activities through our links we earn a small commission at no extra cost to you, and (2) sponsorships and featured listings, always clearly labeled. Editorial opinions are our own and are not for sale.
