Reliable mid-range
Let’s Relax (Grande Centre Point, lower soi) — Thailand’s most consistent spa chain. A 2-hour Thai massage in the low thousands, 45-minute foot massage under a thousand baht. Clear menus, online booking, zero guesswork.
Street-level shops
Dozens of independent massage shops line the soi and its side streets, mostly THB 300–500 per hour for Thai or foot massage. Rules of thumb:
- Visible price boards = trustworthy
- Busy with locals = good sign
- Mid-afternoon is the quietest, most relaxing slot
Quick etiquette
- Tip THB 50–100 for an hour session if you’re happy
- Shower before oil treatments when offered
- Speak up on pressure — “bao bao” (softer) / “nak nak” (harder)
